Wolf Creek Condos

 We rent only to Mayo transplant patients and therefore maintain a like new, spotless environment which features continuous, high density, air filtration (no pets). Our two bedroom/two bath condos are located just minutes from the Mayo Clinic at the intersection of Beach Blvd. and Hodges Road – close to shopping and the beaches. The condos are fully furnished with upgraded appliances, two color televisions, washer/dryer, dishwasher/disposal and all linens. These first floor units have ample parking (handicap readily available) and include access to swimming pool and fitness center. All inclusive price begins as low as $70.00 per day, which includes utilities, local phone, cable TV and high speed internet access. We actively participate in the success of our clients and are available to assist with transition issues, car rentals and other needs.  Minimum stay is 1 month.

Need a little more space? Although our two bedroom condo is spacious, a number of Mayo patients have expressed the need for more room to accommodate family and friends who visit. To meet this need, we have made available a beautiful three bedroom, three bath home with a private yard and two car garage. This home is fully furnished with all new appliances, washer/dryer, complete kitchen, and it is maintained to our high standards of absolute cleanliness and high density air filtration (no pets, please). Tenants have access to pool, fitness center, golf and tennis in this private gated community. Located just off San Pablo Blvd, a short drive to Mayo and convenient to shopping and the beaches, this extraordinary property, including all utilities, is made available exclusively to Mayo patients beginning at only $75.00 per day. As with our condo rental, we will actively participate in the success of our clients and be available to assist with transition issues and other needs.

We offer fully-furnished one, two and three bedroom corporate apartments for stays of 30-days and longer at premiere apartment communities located in the Southside area of Jacksonville that are convenient to Mayo Clinic & St. Luke's Hospitals. Please Note: The minimum stay for our three bedroom accommodations is 60-days.

Our accommodations are set-up to replicate a home environment and include a full-size Washer & Dryer, a 25" Color TV and DVD Player in the Livingroom as well as a 19" Color TV in each bedroom. Our apartments offer fully equipped kitchens so that our guests can cook and prepare their own meals at home using full-size refrigerator's, dishwasher's and stove's and include a garbage disposal, too! Our guests are also able to enjoy resort-type amenities including courtyard swimming pools, fitness centers and more!

We do not require any type of security deposit, application and/or administrative fees or any type of Internet connect fees. Our rates are all inclusive and the only additional to pay is the 13% applicable tax. Our one bedroom rates start from $64/day and our two bedroom rates start from $78/day!   

The apartment communities where we offer our accommodations do not have elevator access however; we do keep a fluid inventory of ground floor apartments so that we are able to accommodate most requests for ground floor accommodations. The communities where we offer our accommodations are mostly two and three story buildings. The communities do offer ample parking and it is unassigned parking so our guests are able to park wherever they desire. The communities where we offer our accommodations are pet-friendly however; they do prohibit certain breed types and there are pet weight restrictions. The pet fee for one pet is a one-time $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee for one pet and a one-time $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee for two pets.

Overlooking a small pond, this 3 Bedroom condo is situated in the gated
community (24 hour Security) of Sawgrass Country Club. Upstairs are the
three bedrooms (king, queen, twin & bunk bed), a TV sitting room off the
master bedroom, and two remodeled bathrooms. Downstairs is a full kitchen,
living room/den (TV), dining room, a smaller TV room, ½ bath, and a large
screened in porch. Floors are connected by a split carpeted
(handrail)stairway approximate 4" high and 25" in width. There is broadband
cable internet access, cable TV and a connected two-car garage. You will
need to have a cell phone as the condo has no direct line. The condo is
fashionably furnished with a bright beach look to it.

The beach is ¼ mile away easily accessible by foot and a wonderful place to
walk your pet. “Civilization”(grocery, shopping, and restaurants)is 1 mile
away and within a 10 mile radius are numerous golf courses, fishing areas,
movie theaters, malls, etc. Relaxing at the beach, sitting on our breezy
large screened in porch or walking (biking) on the paved paths inside
Sawgrass are some of our favorite activities.

For a fee (temporary membership) you can access our membership at the Beach
Club which includes parking at the beach, an adult pool on the ocean and an
olympic family pool. The Beach Club has two dining rooms, two lounges,
cabana bar, beachside grill, and patio dining. Another community pool
connected to a work out facility is only 150 steps from the Condominium.
Daily fee tennis(right next to condo)is also available(sorry we are not golf
members).

This is a non-smoking house, and does allow small pets.
Great Public schools in St Johns county are available.
